Trevor was last seen in Tasmania on 6 January 1993. He is believed to have been dropped at Launceston Airport leaving for an unknown destination on the mainland. Trevor Bailey last contacted his mother in Launceston on 6 January 1993. STD beeps indicated that he was possibly interstate.
It is believed he may have spent some time living in Nerang in Queensland after that and further information was received that Trevor had spent time in South Australia. Trevor had spent time in WA prior to his disappearance and information was received that he may have returned to WA to the Kununarra area in about 1996, three years after he was reported missing.
Trevor's disappearance has been treated as suspicious. Despite numerous enquiries interstate Trevor has not been located. It is highly possible Trevor is using another name or has assumed another identity. Trevor has a criminal history in Tasmania and interstate but is not currently wanted by Police for any other reason than being reported missing.
Trevors family would dearly love to hear from him and know he is OK.
