On Sunday, December 5, 2010, the remains of an unknown man were found in the basement of an empty building on Italiƫlei 95. His body was wrapped in a sail that was tied up with electric wires, materials that lay in the building. The body was in a distant state of decomposition and may have been in the basement for months or even years. There used to be a bar on the ground floor, but in recent years the building was empty and housed homeless people and drug users. Research has shown that the victim was killed in a room on the first floor. Hail remains were found in the wall, coming from a firearm, and blood on the floor.
