Circumstances of Discovery

The victim was located on waste ground in the Barras area of Glasgow, Scotland in March 30, 2003. He had hanged himself in a deserted place which ensured he would not be easily found. Authorities discovered his remains in a crumbling building in Barrack Street.

He had not a single document, photograph, or card upon his person
