Boleslaw was employed in the coal mines of Slask, and his recent job included the coal mine in Knorow Szczakow, where he was serving his military service.
He lived in the workers' hostel, and his younger brother in the Coal Miner's House nearby.
On the night of May 16, 1967, Boleslaw came to see his brother beaten up by, as he claimed, the ORMO forces. His brother advised him to see the head coal miner on the night shift and asked him to work in the baths.
As it turned out later, he never got to work. He also did not return to the hotel. He has not been seen since, neither has he been employed in the territory of Slask.
