Abstract artist Matthew disappeared from his home in Barnstaple, Devon on the afternoon of 14 January 1999. He took only a small shoulder bag with him.
Despite extensive searches and numerous appeals, there has been no news of Matthew since.
Prior to going missing Matthew, a graduate from the Bath College of Art, had been preparing for a couple of exhibitions in London.
Although it is believed he was under a lot of pressure, Matthew’s disappearance was very much out of character.
